Refunds and Cancelations

All sales are final.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment of the product(s) ordered. If your order has shipped, and you wish to cancel the order, you are responsible for the entire cost of the order until it is returned in the same "new" "undamaged" condition it was when shipped.
Upon receipt of the return, you will be refunded your purchase amount minus charges for shipping, a 25% re-stocking fee as well as any damage to the product accrued after leaving our facility.
In the event your order arrives damaged, it is your sole responsibility to file a claim for reimbursement with the carrier. Flynt Pump Company, Inc does not accept responsibility, refund or reimburse for products damaged in shipping.
